Hands down the best car company I’ve had, very attentive and helpful. Spoke w the nicest woman this morning, unfortunately I couldn’t really hear her name but she was beyond sweet and had me in tears with how she was able to help me. She lifted such a massive weight off my shoulder, customer service needs more people like her ❤️

This place is awesome! Everyone I've ever dealt with is so professional. This was the only company that would help me after my husband died and I needed a car. My car is paid off and then they helped me again with a medical emergency. I think even if I could go somewhere else don't think I'd want to. I pray they continue to have great success!

Rhonda and jay are awesome. They have worked with me so much during this past year. This really is a great company. They care about their customers and treat you like family.

I contacted a representative yesterday, he sounded very busy and put out by my inquiry. But he did inform me that they would have to run my credit it would take a couple of hours and what I would need to bring in. today I decided to call to confirm and a young lady answered the phone. I briefly told her of the conversation I had with her coworker yesterday. And she gave completely different instructions then he did. She did this in a way that was condescending and rude . I told her I would go to someone else and I did and immediately got approved. I generally do not leave reviews for businesses due to a single employees shortcomings. However I believe the whole experience was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. I highly recommend overlooking this financial institution when you're on your search.

I was out shopping for my second car and got referred to CFS from a local car shop... boy was I lucky to get hooked up with such a great company! Seriously, they always answer the phone, I don't have to talk to a robot. They answered all my questions. & even helped me boost my credit score. The interest rate was good and I was able to get a second loan through them after I paid off my car. Rhonda was always a pleasure to work with, and Jay too. Trust these guys! They are a locally owned business and are out to HELP PEOPLE not hurt them.

I honestly got the WORST car ever. I bought it from a buy here pay here. He sold my loan over to Consumer financial and that would be the only thing to thank him for. Consumer really helped me so much when it came to getting out of a dangerous car into my new SUV. They worked with me every step of the way and Rhonda had been an absolute Angel. She is so professional and very friendly. It’s been almost 6 months since I got my new car and a new lender and when I called Rhonda for help she still remembered me and was still willing to help. I honestly don’t think you could go wrong with this company. The owner is very helpful and they are really doing something right having Rhonda on the team. Thank you for all of your help!!! I’m forever grateful.

These are some great people I called Rhonda and asked her for a loan on a trailer she said come on down 20 minutes later I had to check my hand to go buy the trailer I wanted great payments excellent service highly recommend getting a loan here Thank you again for the great service
