I had a check that had to be on hold for 6 days... I mentioned to the lady at the counter that I was so hoping to use some of that money for my anniversary weekend. She told me that if I called her on Friday she would try to release some of it.. I called her on Friday and we were not able to talk.. I checked my bank app and sure enough she had put some money in my account.. Thank you to Karylis M. for being part of making my weekend away so AMAZING ! I also was in the back today on another matter and she remembered me... Made a point to come over and ask about my weekend ! She is GREAT at her job.. She has amazing customer service and that is so hard to find now days.. A big THANK YOU ! One happy customer.

Susan Hodo at the Sun n Lake branch has always taken great care of my wife and I especially when getting our car loans and gap insurance together we never purchase a new vehicle without her guidance she always bends over backwards for us

They need to have local branch phone numbers available!!!

The telling lanes are very slow - spent 30 mins in line total just to make a cash deposit.

Rude people was 1:08 and they closed at 1 and couldn’t even cash my check any other bank would have I was going to open an account but glad I didn’t please avoid this “bank” if that’s what you can call it at all costs they are horrible
