I went into Midflorida today to open a new business account. I was helped by Susan Hodo, Ms. Hodo is excellent, very knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares for her customers. She listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt very comfortable with her. I would recommend seeing Ms. Hodo for all your banking needs. She was wonderful and is what every bank/credit union needs

Needed help with my auto withdrawal for rent. The ap. I had didn’t withdraw the right amount. Susan Hodo helped me with getting it set right. She has always been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable with banking questions. She is professionable, efficient and always make everyone she deals with feel as though they are her only customers for the day. I trust her with my life! Because of her myself, my ex husband, and both my grown children and grand children use her and mid- Florida for all our banking needs. Thank you for having her on your team!!!
