Having capital city home loans as my lender was the worst decision I have ever made. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. They will not inform you of anything until the very last second which will obviously delay your closing. My closing was delayed two separate times because they failed to inform me that they needed additional docs in a timely manner or because they did something wrong. It was overall a terrible, terrible experience and I would never recommend CCHL for anybody.
