AMAZING!!! Amazing!!! The NEW TAMPA BRANCH!!!! I set up an account that had monthly charges that I was not aware of or did I agreed to. I went into the branch with a made up mind to close the account. NATALIA VANDEBERG!! She spoke to me in the calmest manner. She got my attention. She answered all my questions. Helped me understand which account would be best! Left the bank with an account that is best for me. Thank you!!

I have been banking with Grow for a long time and I love going into Location, everybody is very nice and friendly and when I need assistance they’re always there to help. Recently I needed assistance and cleaning up my credit and one of the young ladies there was able to assist me in pointing me to the right direction and what did I need to do. I’m glad this location was open so that I was able to go in and get assistance instead of having to talk to somebody over the phone because I get confused as I am an elderly person it was nice to have somebody to talk to face-to-face.

Suzanne helped me get a much needed loan approved in less than a half hour. She gets mad kudos not only for friendliness and understanding but for expedience. Bravo. Grow continues to impress me every time I ask them for help.

I vist this branch constantly, and they have the most knowledge, customer service oriented, friendly staff that you can ask for. Your concerns becomes theirs once you walk in. I highly recommend Grow Financial, and especially Grow Tampa Palms. Go visit Dan and the rest of the staff.

I was in dyer need for assistance for me getting a loan where everywhere else I applied for a loan was denied. I was assisted with all needs reopening my checking account because I was having issues. To fixing my credit card and helping me pull money out of my account when having problems. I’ve received by far the best service grow financial team members went above and beyond for me in my case of emergency. I definitely highly recommend grow financial. They take care of you and treat you like family and that all needs are met and then some!

The New Tampa Branch is the best. Natalia is the Wondeferful and is always patient & willing to support my spouse with any and all issues no matter big or small. The team as well is very customer focused, professional and always willing to give you their attention. I have been a member for 36 years and will Never change my accounts/business. I have never had a bad experience coming to this Grow Branch, everyone here is very personable and also very knowledgable in banking. Daniel who is my go to guy has been working with me since 2016 and has become a great banker and friend. When it comes to business and personal banking I always recommend Grow.
