USF Federal Credit Union, Tampa, FL

This is the worst bank I have ever had!!! If you are a USF student, I do not recommend coming here. This bank turned my card off with out notifying of the reason why. I’ve called them more than twice to get this problem fixed and even went to the bank in person. I asked why I have not received a call from them notifying me why my card is turned off. They told me that they have called the day before. I literally have not received a call from them at all about this situation. I went up to the bank 2 weeks ago and they told me they will call me when I can use my card again…. I still have not received a call, email, or messages from them. I have cleared my account via teller due to this.

Closes 2 minutes early. ATM has issues weekly. So the credit union closes early, and there is no way to deposit money into my account since the ATM won't accept cash OR even check deposits. Really don't appreciate late fees due to not being able to use any banking services since they can not keep their 1 ATM machine operational and functional for customers after hours... If you work for a living 9-5 I suggest you find an alternative.

Normally i I would give them a 5 star, they have become lately where you can't speak with a human and if you ask to speak with a manager... none on site, REALLY. Very disappointed, have been with them since 2006. These changes are not for the better. They deserve no stars. :-(

Amazing Staff, super friendly! After getting a car loan I figured it would just be another loan we would eventually refinance to another bank! After speaking to multiple bankers and loan officers at this CU, we decided we had found a new bank! Instead of consolidating things out of the credit Union we brought all our accounts to the credit Union! Responsive, easy to work with, great approvals! A bank with a soul and friendly staff!

Very helpful staff. The entrance is not very highlighting but we'll maintained. The drive thru ATM is quite compact. The maximum withdrawal limit from the ATM is 500.

Suzy gave amazing assistance in helping me set up my new accounts. Very friendly and personable. Walked out feeling good about the bank I chose

I went today to open an account soon as you walk in anyone that comes in contact with you they greet you very welcoming I loved the atmosphere. Special thank you to Baleska for the hard work she does in getting the accounts open. Mine was not a simple one but she did not give up until she got it finished. I would highly recommend them I am glad my mom referred me to them. I will refer everyone I know!

Made me feel right at home and optimistic, like I really am a member of the USF family. Great for helping meet out goal of getting an electric car loan and helping do the right thing. Made it painless... great advice and super friendly!
