My experience at this branch was beyond excellent. It was my first time ever coming to a bank for a car loan and Sara was able to help walk me through the process. She was professional, polite, and answered any questions I had. This branch forever has my loyalty.

Stephanie was fantastic, we never felt rushed or unimportant. She explained everything out to us. The teller we dealt with, again pleasant and friendly. I joked that I was telling everyone Stephanie is my personal banker. Sorry not sorry Stephanie. Lol I am still so excited to have a launch on the north side of town. Have waited 20 years for this.

I had an issue with a charge against my account that was not authorized. Customer Service Representative, ALY, assisted me with filing a dispute and recommended to replace my debit card to stop any further transactions from a particular company, as they had my information. She provided very helpful and pleasant customer service. Thanks

New member sign up 11-14-2022. Kristian H. at Titusville branch was super. I felt so welcomed. Everything thoroughly explained to me. Great work Kristian! So glad I stopped in. Much better experience than I had at another credit union.

Both my husband and I went to open a new account and had a wonderful experience. Haley Johnson our service representative was knowledgeable from start to finish. We also adopted a kitten from the Spca there during the celebration of the new opening. Everyone was great!!!

I've been a long time member of this bank and I can happily say they've always been reliable and very friendly. This new location is very clean and rarely busy, at least when I go. My family and I love this new location and appreciate all the help we have received here. Especially from the branch manager Stephanie B. She helped me get my credit built more and was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again Launch!
