I just opened an account at the Titusville branch and all I can say is WOW. It was so inviting and filled with friendly faces. What stood out to me was Josh! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like he had known me for years. I felt like he took the care to explain any questions that I had with a smile. He is a great representation of customer service for this company. They have absolutely earned my business for the future!

Dara and Josh and the whole team where very helpful. They helped me save lots of money with better interest rates. Love the energy, and everyone is so nice.

When you think of a neighborhood bank what comes to mind is a place that is family focused. When my dad was needing some extra hand holding, the branch manager, Lee O’quinn came through for him with incredible service and support. Thank you Lee for being our “neighborhood” bank!

I have been a member of Vystar Credit Union for 4 years. But during and after the recent overhaul of their online system, I was planning to find an account somewhere else until I walked into the Titusville branch. From James, the security guard at the door, to the bank manager, this branch exemplifies Vystar's motto, "We're here to help you every step of the way." I walk with a cane. James pulled up a chair so I could sit at the teller's station. When I became ill and couldn't get out to the bank to get a check to pay my rent, Josh brought a bank check to me. That's what I call excellent customer service! This branch has made me love Vystar.

Nina was the one who helped us open our account a few months ago and from then on she has been an absolute pleasure to speak with! There was an issue with my social - Josh and Nina were super quick to inform me, they did a fantastic job in getting it resolved in a very pleasant manner. Finally, I went to the bank from work to get money for a cab (Our car had just broken down) and Lee really turned my mood around. He showed genuine interest in our situation, offered some great solutions, and even gave me some dog biscuits for my pup! They even texted a follow-up to ask how we were doing and if there was anything they could do to help! Seriously, this place has top tier atmosphere with wonderful people!!!

He took his time to answer any question , his advices are the best , always quick to resolve any situation. Nina is excellent, very helpful and friendly.
