This has to be the worst bank in history! Staff is great and friendly, but the bank overall is terrible! Their ATM is always having issues, Mobile app never works, business hours are terrible, i have to loose 1/4 of a day's work to stop by the bank.

iThink Financial is a horrible banking center. If you like unprofessionalism and you time wasted by employees that don't care than this place is for you. iThink bought out the last bank in that location and now it's just horrible. I'll closing out my accounts and moving on to much better options.

Really nice bank with friendly people around that have time to talk to you and provide good advice. Just added a star for continuous outstanding service (including coffee) Thanks Brenda!

I highly recommend iThink financial. Jennifer is a wonderful member service advisor. I was inquiring about a loan and after speaking with her she helped me decide to go a different route that better suited my needs.
