I have been banking at this branch for many years and have consistently received the best service. My last experience getting a car loan just blew us away. We went in just before closing on a Friday afternoon and Jodi helped us get ALL the paperwork done in no time as we needed to move quickly with the purchase. So thankful for their excellent service and caring ways!

Why would anyone deal with an large, impersonal banking institution when you can bank at ithink FInancial? Their staff is exceptional in every way. They go above and beyond for their customers. Response time is quick either via email or phone and you actually speak with a live human being - imagine that?. Their online banking features are easy to maneuver and they offer their business cash management customers so many upgraded features. They don't call ithink Financial the friendly bank for no reason.

I've had an account with I think for about 5 years. Started with online to chat regarding current interest rates for CDs. Chat agent was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Went into the Vero Beach branch assisted by Maxine. Great experience! Maxine was very professional, helpful and made a better suggestion for a checking account for me. The term of the CD I chose fits well into my future plans and am very happy to be earning more money on my money. Highly recommend I think Financial for service and much better rates.

I can not say enough. Maxine at the Vero branch has been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt with responding to my many phone calls and emails. I've had the best banking experience by far in a long time. I am a new client to iThink and Maxine helped me with setting up a couple business accounts along with personal checking/savings accounts for my wife and I. The new account application was pain free and simple to complete. After BB&T merged and became Truist Bank the customer service has truly gone down the drain and became non-existent. I was at my wits end with Truist and decided it was time to make the switch, I just wish we would have months ago.

The service at this branch is phenomenal! Highly recommend this branch for your needs or concerns! Nicole is an excellent member service advisor! She is always is spot on and so helpful with any needs or concerns I have and provides me with great customer service. This is the best branch hands down.
