The staff are all courteous. However, was told would be a certain amount and was way less when arrived. I have taken many loans at mariner. Even before was mariner. Never have I had this experience! Not only did I not recieve the amount told. I had to keep calling for five days. Each time told would call back in an hour. No one ever did. The manager finished the loan process for me. Although she is nice, was told if I called corporate to complain about the way things went, it would only be her calling me back. Furthermore, not allowed to use the bathroom. Was told would be a liability. I understand if I just walked in and asked. I am a customer!

I was with Mariner for years. Brittany and Tristan were always very accommodating in multiple situation and always presented me with options. Now that all is done, I appreciate their help and patience.i hope to never need them again but if I do I hope they are still there.
