Amscot - The Money Superstore, Zephyrhills, FL

I called ahead to get info on what I needed to make a transaction. She gave me the info but when I got there it was different. Because of what she omitted, I wasn't able to get what I went for and drove over there for nothing. This is a horrible place and company to do business with. Listen to the bad reviews. They are absolutely correct. If I could give them less than 0 stars I would. In response to the owner, I called corporate yesterday and you should call it " customer we dont care" . It wasn't resolved. I resolved it by never doing business with this company again. And letting everyone know why. Good luck. It's your business not mine.

Do NOT go here! This branch is the worst. I've never had someone lie to me and do the opposite at Amscot. But it's happened twice at this location. Either employees are not trained properly or they do some shady stuff to boost their metrics. But save yourself the headache and go to a different location. There's on on Gall next to Walmart less than 10 minutes from this one.

I'd give it NO stars if I could! Today this store lost a customer! I'll make the 45 minute drive to Tampa first! NEVER this store again!
