Horrible service to customers. I was given with two loan options, I asked if I can take 7-10 days of time to think about the loan and get back with my selection between the options. However, when I called back the 6th day to confirm my option, I was told that respective employee who worked on this case is on a leave and they are short staffed. My file as they mentioned it, can only be looked into by the same employee who went out on leave. I dialed in the subsequent week to check if the employee returned and she was able to attend my call and informed me that the “Validity” of my hard inquiry is expired and they need to pull a new hard inquiry on my credit to see if I’m eligible which is basically asking me to start over.. I basically lost about 6-7 points for the initial hard pull no without much option left I am forced to have another hard inquiry to lose more points.. Looking back at the situation, I regret severely that I chose one main financial out of all the creditors.. the apr too doesn’t seem very great and overall turned out to be very bitter experience. I feel that rules of this company are purely in favor of the organization and they have not put much thought into making it easier for customer to make a transaction. Very disappointed to say the least.
