Trax Credit Union, Zephyrhills, FL

I've been a member for years. I love the fact that I see the same faces at my local branches and the staff remembers you. They have the best customer service. Kelly has always been extremely helpful. Any time I've needed anything, she's been able to help me immediately and always follows up to make sure everything went smoothly. From helping with fraud on my card the day before Christmas, to wire transfers, and answering all of my many questions about different products and procedures. I love being a member! Thank you Trax and Kelly!

Trax Credit Union (formerly Railroad) is an excellent example of a credit union that is for the people. They treat everyone like an owner! One person that really stands out is Kelly Wonser. She started as a teller and has worked her way up to manager of her own branch. She embodies customer service. She always has a smile and a solution for your needs. She goes out of her way to connect with customers and I still contact her even though she is no longer in my area. I highly recommend Kelly and Trax Credit Union!

I have been doing business with Trax credit union for many years. Many years before the name change. I'm very comfortable with using this credit union, in fact I use it for my personal and business use. Kelly Wonser is one of the managers. she has been working with me for the past five years. she has helped me to grow my business, improve my credit, and so much more. She is like family. She knows my entire family. My family has bought 2 cars through Trax Credit union. The experience was very easy and stress free. No matter which branch I go to, the staff is always polite and knowledgeable. At the branch near my home, All the staff know me by name. When I walk into the branch they all call me my name. Since I have a business and personal account with the credit union, I have to do my transactions in a specific way. Kelly Wonser, Branch Manager set up a process that allows me to make personal and business deposits in a specific way. She put notes on my account so no matter what branch I go to, they will know how to process my deposits. This saves me so much time.

I came to this credit union almost 2 decades ago after qualifying for 5 or more class action lawsuits from being screwed over by other big Banks. I am never looking back! They truly treat their customers like a small Hometown Family, they even called my daughter for her 13th birthday just because she's a customer! And I still get all the services and convenience of a big Bank in this everything is connected Era.

I've been banking with Railroad, now Trax, for over 15 years. My most recent experience was with Kelly, the loan manager at the Zephyrhills location. She was informative and answered all of my questions, which I know I can be overwhelming at times. In addition to providing all the little details I wanted to know, she was super friendly! Thanks for the quick and awesome experience with my HELOC loan!

Trax Credit Union I'm happy to say that I am a member. Happy because I'm treated more like a neighbor than just a customer! Herbie Merced is more than just a Assistant Bank Manager! I feel if I have any issue with my account & I have. He is more than understanding patient & managers to resolve my concerns / problems as if they were his own! And for a senior living alone that is so appreciated!

Great service! I called to get a refi on my car loan. Everything was done quickly with no issues. Mr. Herbie Merced was the person who helped me in the process. He got me and approval and I end up lowering my monthly payment significantly. I have to say, Herbie answer all of my questions, explained step by step what we were doing. He passed his good energy to me over the phone. Its good to see people with a good attitude in their work no matter what time of the day you call them. I am very happy with his service.

I Recently Became member of Trax Credit Union at Zephyrhills. I was shopping around looking for a change from traditional banking into a credit union because of some bad customer service experiences I had in the past. A friend of mine mentioned Trax to me, So I decided call and I have to say it was the best desicion I have made. I got a hold of Mr. Herbie Merced the Assistant Branch Manager. Herbie was patient enough to explain to me how a credit union works and was able to find the best options for my to try the service for the first time. I end up opening a savings account and a small loan. So far, services has been great. I have called Herbie several times and he always responds fast with good attitude. So far so good, lets see the future ahead, I may transfer all my accounts from Wells Fargo to Trax.
