Amanda Carr is very rude and seems a little incompetent. I applied for a loan with Brookwoods last week and was denied for what I thought was for something on my credit. Today I applied with a company called "QuickClicks" and Amanda called stating that they were sister companies, and I was denied for my bank account and if I don't have a new one, I would be denied again. I proceeded to try to explain to her that I was never told that was the reason for my denial at Brookwood (in fact I have the denial letter stating it was because of my credit sent by HER) and she negatively says, "well I'm telling you now" and then continued to cut me off as I was trying to speak. I wasn't yelling, I wasn't mad, and I DID NOT CUT HER OFF WHEN SHE WAS SPEAKING. Learn some professionalism or if you hate your job get a new one. Either way you are an embarrassment and the only thing you are hurting is that establishment.

Very professional and quick loan process. Brookwood employees treat you as an individual instead of a credit score. Out of all my loan companies, they are my favorite. I never had to worry if I asked them to modify my payment date and their loan payment is very reasonable and wont break your bank account.

Got the loan, paid it back with no problem. Yes it is a high percentage rate so pay it off as quickly as possible. Banks won't lend small amounts so you're going to get a high interest rate. Costumer service was very polite over the phone.

I think the interest rate is absolutely outrageous. However, they approved my loan and deposited it into my account within 2-3 business days. And I was not necessarily a very good credit risk. I have never been late on any payment.

honestly....this company helped me in my time of need. the process was not hard and the experience was not bad. i hate the interest rate but the service was remarkable. i see myself as an returning customer soon. however, if you know you cannot afford to keep your monthly payments, then you should not apply for this loan PERIOD...^_^

Buyers beware this company is a scam do not I repeat do not take out a loan with this company I took out a $3,200 loan and the fees and interest rate was so absorbent that on a 3200 loan I paid $4,200 and still had a $1,400 balance. They will never close off the loan they will never sell the loan the amount will stay on your credit report for 7 years in a negative reporting status so if you guys are doing the math I would have had to pay 2400 in interest on a $3,200 loan. This is a predatory lending company. I do not care if it stays on my credit report for 25 years they will not get another dime from me
