This is a live situation so it may change.... This is my fourth loan with this company obey about 5 years. I apply got approved and was scheduled to be funded. I woke up this morning and realized I did not get funded but my bank account got charged the amount of the loan that was supposed to be debited. And now I have to figure out how to get this charge off my account. As I mentioned this is a live situation and it could change at any minute but I doubt that it will. I'm sure this will be a long drawn-out process where I will have the burden of proof. As if anybody getting a loan from this company has the capacity to deal with the stress of life that calls them to apply for a loan like this and the subsequent mishandling of paperwork that calls my bank account to be charged instead of deposited.

Horrible experience!! DO NOT APPLY or do any business with this company!! The application is the most deceitful that I’ve ever seen. They’ll have you register and submit an application on line and grant you an instant approval. You’ll get a follow up email requesting check stubs, a bank statement, and a voided check. Once they receive all of this information, you’ll get an email stating that you’ve been denied and if you need specifics regarding the denial, you’ll need to write in a request to receive it in 30 days. I have excellent credit (mid 760s) and make over $69,000 a year. This company claims to work with you even if your credit is less than perfect. Don’t waste your time or inquiries. Seek out a more reputable company because this company is a joke.

She and her boss, who I think is Vincent went out of their way to find a way to get me the money I needed. I will always be greatful . I wish I could thank them in person. Very unprofessional at the Georgia office i can't speak for other locations, do not waste your time a representative by the name of Amanda Carr very rude quick to cut across you when you asked questions or try to explain yourself and very quick to hang up the phone so far they are living up to there name in a negative way.
