Omgggg the best best experience of all time the branch manager Catrina and her beautiful client specialist at the front Angelica are simply breath taking and amazing to deal with. Catrina was such a blessing during this time in need for me she worked with me and had all paper work completed before I arrived due to limited time I had to spare I felt more like family and not just a NUMBER it feels good to be treated like I’m valued as a customer keep up the good work ladies and keep those smiles they are contagious I will send everyone I know to you all❤️

The guys at First Franklin actually spent time with me over the phone! They took my application and let me know within a few hours if I qualified and what I qualified for! I really appreciate them not wasting my time by having to come in and sit and wait. It was a very easy process and they made me feel welcome.
