Employees are very rude, last month I wanted to do a partial payment and the lady argued with me that I couldn’t only to come back to tell me I actually could do it. Not to mention I just called to get information on my loan and I did not like the lady’s attitude seconds before she hung up in my face.

Do Not go here you will sign your life away. They don't care about helping you even though they act like it. I'm stuck with a loan for a car I don't have that i didn't want after 2 days and tried to give the car back to dealer and get the check back from dealer to give to lendmark. Everyday laughed and said it was final. They will harass you the day your payment is due!! Root of all evil!

This company has been nothing but professional and courteous throughout my time using them. Anytime I've had questions, they are quick to help, always professional. I still continue to recommend them and will use them again in the future!
