This is the best office I been to! They all are very nice an very friendly they treat you like family. Salem’s roach was very awesome love her! She always there to help me when I need help. I’m glad y’all have lovely people like them lady’s working there! They make u wonts to come back. They do a very wonderful job we need more people like them ladies working hard-working ladies love them very much

I have been dealing with 1st Franklin since 2000. Mrs. Sara has always been great. I remember at one point I was without a job, she talked to me about always staying in contact with them no matter what. Most of all she told me to go next door and I got a job that same day. If anyone is looking for a company that will go above and beyond to help you with your financial needs this is the place. I refer so many people yo them because they genuinely care. So I say thank you to Mr. Sara for talking to me at an early age and explaining how important credit and communication is.
