First off, I must admit the woman I talked to was nice and pleasant. With that being said, I am a current client with Credit Central but at a different location. I use to live near LaGrange Ga. And am a client of the Lanett Al. And I have since moved to North Georgia. And was looking for a location closer to my home. So I called the Athens location because Google said it was the closer location. But for some reason they must not want to work with me. They suggested that I call the Covington location which is almost twice the distance. It’s not that I am a credit risk. The Lanett location still offers me credit and I guess I will continue to use them because they are super nice. It’s just 2 1/2 hours away. I just don’t understand why they would turn down a client who has been with Credit Central for more than 7 years with numerous closed loans.

Customer serivce is horrible will not accept payments if its not the person on the account after that other person was approved to make payments. Worst experience ever. Will not be going through them again...
