Very nice and warm welcoming environment, had me feeling like family. I would highly recommend this company. Ms. Walker and Ms. Brown is very helpful and understanding. I usually don’t write reviews but I think that people should know how this company is very good

I went into central loans because my father passed away and he did have any insurance.I was very nervous about the experience,as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and a hello how you doing?? I had an issue with my documents and ms.walker and me.priscilla instantly got on google and other resources to help my situation most companies will not go out of their way to help a customer,if you don’t have what you need they are quick to send you out the door but these two wonderful young ladies gave me good quality customer service that is so hard to find and I am so grateful for that as I’m going threw this difficult time.

Ms Walker Ms Priscilla and Ms Plant showed excellent customer service. They helped me through the whole process and showed great concern of my satisfaction. And I must say I was greatly satisfied. Thanks and I’ll recommend everyone to utilize their service.

Really good experience here at Central Loans. They were very helpful Mrs. Priscilla Mrs.Walker Mrs.Plant have beautiful attidues and work with you if you work with them. I'm very appreciative their kind attidues help keep me calm in a time of need. I got approved within in 30 minutes. Very pleased with service. The qualifications for the loan is not like most companies and they work with credit history

If I could I would give this place a 0! I was a college student desperately looking for extra money to help pay my rent so I turned to this place . I had a good credit score but was still not given the amount that I requested which was only $400. I received $250 or less + interest. Again I was very desperate so I took the money. After that I made payments on time often. Which I would have to drive to the place because apparently they don’t have any other way to take payments and if it wasn’t on time it was a instant late fee (but miraculously now they r able to take payments over the phone) . But I still managed to build a good relationship with these people. Fast forward and the covid-19 outbreak happens. A lot of my business slowed down due to the quarantine and I couldn’t make my payments on time because I had other serious bills to pay. When I tell you they harassed me. They would try and question how much I was making and what exactly was I doing with my check. I’m sorry but my money isn’t up for debate with anyone. So i decided to set up a payment plan. I told her how I would be able to pay the balance off in full when I received my refund in 3 weeks. As I’m on the phone explaining this to one of representatives, very calmly. She proceeds to start an argument with me stating how people who do business with them don’t care about their credit score. (Is that because you extend the payments out so much that ppl don’t want to pay them anymore ?) Anyways, along with her Accusing me of not caring about my credit score I then corrected her and when I did that she began to tell me how I don’t have the right to correct her on anything (my credit score.) She Called me a little girl, Mocking and harassing me. Stating “she’s older than me so she can tell me whatever she wants.” Finally she threatens to garnish my whole refund check entirely just because she could and hung up in my face. I have been nothing but cooperative with this company and We had a good relationship until I wasn’t able to make my payments on time due to Covid 19. I would never ever recommend anyone do business with them. There are many more shady incidents I’ve had with this company. But this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Just don’t.

BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABAY! Idk who took over or was in charge of changing the staff but I am glad they did cause those ghetto monsters they had working before were so rude and no personality. Hanging up on you, cutting you off when you were talking and oh my favorite, eating chicken while having you sign your contract! This new staff is so pleasant and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you for the changes!

You have the most to wonderful lady's in Atlanta at this office both Ms. Barnes and Barnes those lady are number one.
