Mike McCone was my mortgage consultant with American Financing and even in the most busiest of times with interest rates at rock bottom, I received emails late at night and on weekends keeping me informed and up to date on the process to get us to closing on our Re-Fi! I would recommend this team to anyone! they stand for the everyday home owner across the U.S

I am not a customer; however I was contacted by Rachel Watkins, Manager in hopes to find one of their customers. She was very rude and hung up the phone when I told her she had the wrong number. Rachel's lack of customer service demonstrates why she is unable to collect from her clients. God forbid I am in need of borrowing money, but if I were I would never use American Finance.
