Superb. I was having issues with the IRS with filing my documents. I was even having transportation issues getting to the location, very understanding of my situation. Never gave up on me. Took us a few tries we finally got everything worked out. The staff here is extremely polite. Very understanding. Definitely worth 5 stars.

I called yesterday and spoke with Suzanne she was very friendly with getting the ball rolling, the following day I spoke with Angel she also was very friendly with walking me through with the link to upload my documents. The last person I spoke with was Tameka she was also very friendly with finishing up my paperwork. I appreciate all these ladies for making this a smooth process.

Omg the customer service rep Angel Williams was fast and friendly. The office was clean and warming as soon as you entered. Angel acknowledged me when I walked in and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Awesome experience.
