Just rude and horrible attitudes all around. This was my first time trying to get a loan and they act like I was supposed to know everything. They just need new management.

Oh my I cannot believe that this Barbara lady has put someone's personal information out in the public eye. You never share a person Personal info with anyone.Unless this Barbara lighting owns the company she definitely needs to be fired and sent home And if she is the owner of the company then she needs to close those doors and go home.I have never dealt with this companyAnd I do not know any of the parties involved.I just happened to be on Google looking for a loan and reading Google reviews when I noticed thisThat's a shame and so unprofessional andThat is correct you do not ever know what another person is having to deal with her and go through there for you should always beVery nice and friendly even if the customer isn't. What has really happened with customer service these days? It has gone to hell!

I have been a customer of Time Finance since June 2021. I have NEVER had a problem with ANYONE there .. Yesterday I needed to change my payment date which was scheduled for 12/02 to 12/16 and at that time do both pmts ..(due date is 22nd of every month ) The person I spoke to Barbara was so unprofessional that she had me in tears and told me to callback on the 12/01 but because I received a text today asking if I need to change the amount or due date I called back today instead of 12/01.. A NASTY , RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL woman got on the line and stated verbatim IN A NASTY TONE " WHAT DATE DO YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT VERY NASTY ATTITUDE , I responded on the 12/16 I could do both, This WITCH name BARBARA SAID CALLBACK NEXT WEEK WHEN THE OWNER COMES BACK TO SEE IF HE WAS GOING TO SUE ME .. GET THIS SUE ME when I am not even 10 days past due ,, she told me she didnt have time to discuss and hung up on me .. WELL NOW I'm reaching out to an attorney because what she did was violate the FDPCA with threatening a lawsuit . The owner needs to get rid of Barbara she putting the company at risk for possible litigation !!!

Yesterday was awful dealing with whom I spoke with at Time Finance and I became very emotional due to my pregnancy and personal loss I just want to correct a statement I made Everybody at Time Finance is not like Barbara .. This was the first time I ever had an issue with them, they usually are very polite and professional.. Maybe this lady Barbara was having a bad day I don’t know but she definitely need to use better phone etiquette,, You never know what a person is going thru .. I had to pray to GOD and calm down about how she spoke to me .. All the ladies that I’ve dealt with there via by phone or in person was pleasant ..This lady didn’t know I was dealing with grief and my tears was due to that loss ..Barbara I pray GOD touches your soul and make you realize you don’t have to be ugly or use threatening means to get money ..People do have hiccups..Praying for you .. I still Time Finance is good for some people just be more professional and aware

The most unprofessional staff I've ever came across. They lack common intelligence. Oh we're about to sue him/her. That is illegal to give that kind of information out to any one qith the exception of whom you're looking for. Just tacky. I suggest everyone stay away from small lending companies because their employees thinking ability is even smaller

When I say this is the worst Loan Company I have come across. When I tell you they have the worst customer service and attitudes out this world. They act like this they money we know we owe yawl. If I known this before i would've never came across you guys. Please Don't Come Here They Are Rude.

Called to get information over the phone and when I say NASTY 🤮 I would never apply for a loan there and whose company is this? You better teach you employees how to treat customers before you go out of business 🧑‍💼I’m reporting them to BBB because what I’ve experienced and it was just a phone call I can imagine being a customer smh …
