My experience was wonderful.. the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was really easy to obtain my loan. I would definitely recommend OneMain to anyone in of funds!!

Utilized OneMain as a way to consolidate and pay off my debt. They were quick to give me $12,000 and at the end of my loan term the total I would pay back for my loan & interest would be $24,000. (HUGE RED FLAG). I knew I wouldn’t need that much and could pay it off before the term. When I went in to sign the paperwork I was not given an option to choose the date of my automatic payment. I asked the lady if I can switch the date to accommodate my budget. She said no problem, however we will add more interest to your loan. That was when I knew it was a done deal! You are going to charge me, to pick the date I pay you? This place is a HUGE SCAM!

It's a trap ... You pay a TON of interest and it takes forever to pay it off unless you pay extra and SPECIFY that it goes to principal ... Find another way to get a loan if at allll possible

Been a customer for years, they do not care about keeping you as a customer. Very dismissive and unmotivated. Moved my business elsewhere.

Very efficient and knowledgeable employees. Were able to answer all of my questions.

First loan was not for the amount I was expecting. Had to do a second loan to make up the difference. It took forever when I was told it would only take a few days. Return calls were promised but never given. Interest rates are ridiculous for fair credit rating. Had to use in a pinch, however will probably never use again.

Hi @ 1st when I apply I didn’t feel like I was qualified for the long but the it said that I was qualified but I didn’t have enough income and that I needed a co-signer but anyhoo I’m glad that they approved the loan with my co-signer and I’m pleased because it will help build my credit up some more and Ms Jayden was very professional with going over the loan application with us before signing and everyone in the office were very professional as well oh yeah Mr Mike was really helpful to help me get signed in and I will definitely be referring others. Thanks again for giving me a chance.
