I have recently received a loan from them and it seems like when I make a payment my balance is not going down because of their high interest rates. It's called usery which is against the law in the US. I don't give any recommendation.

Customer service sucks. Pretty terrible people that work there and one lady was very nonchalant and rude over the phone when I asked questions about a loan

TERRIBLE, I’m guessing it was the owner but he had the audacity to hang up in my face. Without letting me speak and clear up everything. Everyone hear had terrible customer service. It makes sense why they only had 3 stars in the first place. Do not recommend. Without a doubt would be better off at every other loan place in brunswick. Do not come here.
