So I don't normally bother with reviews but I have been using this company for about 4 years and don't get me wrong I have no complaints about the platform, but I called in today to make a final payment on the phone and I have to say that the customer service was a little less than welcoming. I don't know if I caught the lady (sounded more like a young girl) whom I spoke to at the wrong moment, but her attitude was very short and sharp and not warm at all, it was like I was inconveniencing her by calling. So this has prompted me to write this review. Step up the customer service 1st Franklin, this is how you lose customers.

the people at first franklin were so sweet and kind! this was my first loan and they were so helpful with filling out the application. it went through the process and i got a check the same day! it was so easy and just a overall a good experience!
