Been with them for about 2 years, the older guy too denied my loan maybe 3-4 years ago. He was rude but he's not there anymore. There's a new manager Natasha has been there since before I got my first loan with them.

Firstly, I've been doing business there for years off and on whenever something came up, always paid on time and paid off my balance either early or on time and never had a problem until now. Called ahead, was told bring vehicle registration, piece of mail with current address and 3 pay stubs. Got there had everything I needed, the girl Ashley was on the phone and asked her associate jessica I believe it was to help me and she immediately threw her arms up in anger because it was 4:20 and they close at 5, so obviously I was a terrible inconvenience ha, anyways she then proceeded to refuse to allow me to proceed because my piece of mail was more than a month old, it was from March of this year! I have been coming there for a long time and always been a great customer and they turned me away just because they want to be difficult and want to leave early wow. Way to lose business and wrong a loyal customer. Jerks, won't get anymore business from me or anyone I talk to. Do yourself a favor and go to Cherokee Loan or Dollar Finance where they TREAT YOU RIGHT!

I went to this place to see if I qualify for a loan Unfortunately because of my credit and other things I didn't. the manager or whatever he is this older guy had a terrible attitude I feel like there is ways of talking to people of you have customers you have to have ways to talk to them. No ethics as far as customer care

I always have a great experience here. staff is always nice. I renew my loan when i need to and never feel pressured.

I received mail saying I was pre-approved for an obscenely precise loan of $599.61 with an APR of 62.04%. It all felt super legit and not usurious in any way.

Ryan and Kayla are great at what they do and are so understanding and thoughtful. They explain the process very well and are ready to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this branch.
