Only place in Carrollton that would help me with a loan. I wish the owner would bring back Christmas cash for everyone and not just customers who've had it in the past. Doesn't seem fair to us new customers. I love the ladies working there.

I have been dealing with Carroll Finance for off and on for a number of years years and have found them friendly, reliable and will do what they say they will do! The rates are good, payment terms are reasonable and they are willing to work with you! I would highly recommend them.

These people are beyond rude even the supervisor! They lie straight to you. And hang up in your face with no explanation. 0 stars ‼️ I applied for a loan and they completed all verification even my supervisor called me to verify. And they never called back and when I called back with no explanation just said no and hung up in my face. There is no respect here no morals. Not even upset about the denial even though I wasn’t given a reason. But the treatment and business is beyond horrible. It’s sad this place was recommended on a huge platform in douglasville and I will be making another post on that platform to let people know. This isn’t the place to go to. Horrible service, very disrespectful.
