*UPDATE 1/22/2022* I am updating my review for the Excellent Customer Service I have been receiving from Security Finance since becoming a "borrower". This location definitely extended their Full attention and resources to resolve my dispute. They assisted me with my family's temporary needs to get acquainted and settled in our new home/City of Carrollton. Also, I have seen an increase in my Credit Score! Thank you Susan & Stephanie for your hard work and dedication to your clients. I greatly appreciate it. -Previous Review June 2021 I am very disappointed in this location service. I was referred by the owner Thomas that he and his staff could help me and my family get on our feet as New residents of the area. I completed an online application from the company's website and contacted my local office, as instructed. When I called to confirm my online application and to schedule an appointment, as instructed, I was told that they did not have any record of my application. So, I completed my application over the phone with one of their representative the following week. After completing the phone application, I was then told that the Supervisor, Susan, would have to make the decision for my loan, and to allow 24 hrs for a call back. I did receive a call back the next day, however, it was not from Susan, the Supervisor, it was from another representative who found my online application to follow up. I explained that I had already completed the phone application and waiting to speak with the Supervisor, Susan. So, I continued to wait for the call back, but no call. So, I call to speak with Susan or Thomas, neither were available to speak with me because they were out of the office. I decide to go into the office to get a better understanding of the application process. There was only one representative at the desk and I asked her if she could assist me in understanding the status of my application. She told me that my application had been denied due to my residency. Now, I have been a resident of the State of Georgia for a year and Employed with the State of Georgia for over a year. I recently moved to Carrollton last month for a promotion within my job with the State.I tried calling back to speak with Thomas or Susan and my call was ignored; no voicemail, no answer, call just disconnected. I have had nothing but great experiences with Security and their employees. Thomas is a sweetheart, and they treat you like part of the family. I paid my loan off one time and it was like they we're going to cry. They said it felt like I was divorcing them. But I have been with them for almost 4 years now, and it is good to have them there when I have an emergency. Plus they have helped my credit tremendously. Thank you so much Security Finance. One of the best places to get a loan. I was with them for several years until I paid off a loan with them and I hit a hard time while I was preg with my son & they worked with me the entire time until I got back on track... I highly reccomend them for your loan needs.

Thomas is one of the best person I ever worked with. Will do his best to help you and very understanding no matter what your situation is. Will not stop until you are taken care of. I recommend if you need a loan security finance in Carrollton is the place to go.

Im telling you. This is the best place to get a loan. I have a couple loans with other companies. And we hit hard times. Security Finance has wonderful ppl who try and help you no matter what? The other loan companies could care less. Its sad. I recommend Security Finance to everyone. Ty Security. Ask for Thomas or Jamie. They are a blessing.
