Stay away from this place the staff is rude I been a customer for 4 years I don't recommend this place to nobody take your business somewhere else!!

I paid my truck off in March 2018 and they were suppose to send me my title through the mail never got it and now its July 31st and i still don't have my title called them and talked to Tammy and she pretty much told me that they sent it out and her boss would pay for another title because they sent it to the wrong address that i haven't stayed at in 3years so she said it was the state fault...I won't be going back with this company very unorganized

I just wanna say that I’ve had a loan there for a year. I’ve made all my payments if not before payment was due I’ve made them within the grace period…they still treat me like I just robbed them!!! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!!! I regret getting a loan with them and I regret the day I took the phone call FROM THEM asking if I’d be interested in a personal loan. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
