Terrible experience. Was approved for 75 dollars they wanted 350 back! I had family emergency and they way they spoke was horrible I had called to explain I couldn’t make the payment. She harrasssed my sister came to my door and tried to belittle me every way possible. Would avoid this place at all cost!!! Treat people very bad and unprofessional!

The staff is always professional. The young lady in the front is friendly every time I call. The manager and the other employee made me feel like family when I came in and told them I was having trouble paying due to Covid-19. They helped me get my account current and never made me feel bad or embarrassed that my payments were behind. Highly recommend. Will always do business with them.

Friendly staff and clean office. Highly professional and easy to work with. They will take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you understand. Victoria was so nice and amazingly helpful. I'll always come back to her!!

They are good about making loans if you meet their income requirements, their office manager is pleasant and helpful, but their other staff and closure of loan procedures leave a lot to be desired. Once you pay off your loan it can take months to get your title back and is often at your expense.

Omg.. THEY HAVE ALWAYS HELPED.. I HAVE YET TO ENCOUNTER A ISSUE WITH THEM THEY ARE ALWAYS GENEROUS AND PROFESSIONAL.. I WOULD RATHER NOT GET ANOTHER LOAN WITH ANY BUSINESS OR FILE WITH ANY TAX SERVICE I LOVE SUNSET FINANCE..

Mrs. Nicole is amazing. The entire staff and customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I have been with them for years and never had an issue with them. I appreciate all they have done for my family!
