Everyone was very friendly. Very helpful and they all are very knowledgeable of their job.

This review is for One Main as a company and includes branch interactions. We needed some $$ in a rush and OneMain helped, and it was an easy process. However, at closing the 22% was bumped up to 36%. We have some credit problems, and we are 2 months ahead on repaying this loan. We were in a rush and proceeded. A number of calls to branch have been met with, well, I do not know the answer to that.$^$^&%*&. You will not be able to see a statement showing your payments and how they lower your balance owed. Must call and they will mail it. Mailed copy is great if you have a magnifying glass. Their folder has a big section about an awards program. Branch does not know about. trying to login is not easy, causing a call to the branch. There's more but this is enough.

Slick racists in my opinion. Will be taking ny business elsewhere. When i called the first one main i thought it was just that guy but when i walked into this one i thought ok, its just all of them. Y'all know how it be. IJS. When you you go into a white establishment and everybody look at you like what are you doing in here? Just weird.

I am very happy with my experience with customer service that i had and will tell everyone to go see one main for loan or just a friendly visit

Spring leaf was great, since Onemain took over its a waiting game to speak with the employees. It's ran by computers. They've lost my business

I received a notice that I was eligible for a loan to help consolidate my credit. I completed all the info and was approved so quickly. The young lady that helped me, Ms. Nickee was very nice professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made the process very easy. The payments are also reasonable. I am thankful for One Financial and Ms. Nickee
