After they gave me the amount of early payoff and another loan company cut them a check, they called the next day saying it was short 20$. I have all my receipts and bank statements where I paid on time expect once. I paid 10$ late fee once...3 days late. Also, was overcharged for using the over phone debit card payment. They charged me twice for the fee. I am checking my credit this week after reading the horrible reviews and people saying that they pulled credit without permission. Further, I have the telephone number for the commissioner s office that over sees these loan companies. Soon as I get a break from class, filing a complaint and showing my original loan papers and all documentation. The 20$ they requested should be on the next bank statement. As well as the 10$ late fee I had to pay because I waited to pay that disputed 20$. I paid off 4 payments early. Never had this happen before—just seems a shady way to do business.
