Excellent and Friendly Customer Service!!! I wanted to share my experience with doing business with Phenix Finance. If you ever need a loan, please go to Phenix Finance. The two ladies in there are AWESOME!! The customer service you will receive from them is beyond excellent!! When you go in, tell them Sabrena sent you!

Very professional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nikki. From the phone to face the face. She was excellent as well. Her coworker Kedra was very curtious from the time I entered. I recommend this very office if ever in need of cash assistance.

A very quick and easy process. The staff was very professional, efficient, and respectful.

Horrible customer service. Who they have answering the phone all the way up to management is very disrespectful. I was actually trying to renew my loan, not something I needed to do. I was brushed off very badly. I was supposed to be there at 5 (by the way the establishment closes at 5:30.) because I arrived a 5:03 I wasn't let in and the so call manager gave me a cut gesture with her hand to her throat, ignored my call looking right at me. I was then told they are not letting anyone else in and that I can come back tomorrow. I declined and decided not to renew and was told because I refused to renew they cannot let me back in if I ever decide to in the future. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I had to for this one.

I am certainly not afraid to say they have always been there to help me when it was needed. Their professionalism, positive attitude and peaceful work environment made a difference in me doing business with them as well. Not to mention understanding when things happen beyond our control. If you need a little push to get you by, give Phenix Finance a try.
