My experience with this location was a very good experience! The staff was professional , knowledgeable and efficient! Henry took my application over the phone , he quickly worked on it and gave me an answer in less than an hour. It was close to closing, so I went to the location the next day to complete the process. I was greeted by the staff when I walked in and was called to the desk promptly to start the paperwork! Henry and the office manager Tandy , explain everything thoroughly and even explained how the credit reporting works with the company. That made the experience even better because I am working hard on building my credit back up. The entire process was not long at all. Oh, and they offer tax services as well! I would continue to do business with this location for my financial needs!

Everyone at this location is genuinely kind and helpful! I have always been treated well, whether I was a customer or not. Henry is always upfront and professional about the process. My husband and I have never endured bad service at this location. I highly recommend this company location if you're ever in need of a loan. They will definitely treat you right!
