I called Uptown Loans today asking that they give me balance of my fiance's mother's ring for she is in ICU at this time and we would like to pay ring off and give it to her if and when she comes out. I explained these extenuating circumstances to them to no avail... the were rude and uncaring! I'm thinking they'd prefer to to sell the ring instead. She's been paying on this ring a very long time and it should be about paid for! So they have been getting paid for over a year, almost two for this ring, and... I'm so upset...How cruel!
