1st Franklin Financial, Cumming, GA

What a wonderful place to get a loan I have tried several places to get a loan got turned down 4 time's when I called 1st Franklin finance thinking I was going to get turned down again. The lady was real nice on the phone. Took all my info. Call me back couple days later. Told me to come in Saturday so I went in. Barbara helped me very sweet lady and I was approved with no problem I really do appreciate everything they did to help me get a loan they are the best thank you guys for helping me out today.

I am holding back tears writing this review! They have been more than generous. They have helped me pay my father's hospital bills. They knew I was a teacher and gave me extra pencil's for my class. These ladies are amazing! Every time Barbara answers the phone it just makes you feel like you talking to family. I would recommend anyone to this location.

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Barbara was a joy to work with from loan application, to funding and payoff! The loan process was quick and the money arrived very soon. I asked many questions and they were answered patiently each time. I wanted to make sure this loan would be a good fit and it was. The terms are very clear and concise and their were no hidden fees. Thanks to Donna as well for explaining the payoff. This is definitely an establishment that I would do business with again!
