I’ve been working james since 2012. He was lending when other wouldn’t. He is still lending. As an investor I hate collecting a bunch of docs. With this company I don’t need much and now that I’ve done so many deals I need even less. The best part about apl is they will fund the things others won’t. I own a mortgage company and I broker hard money loans to a lot of investors. I still use james for all my personal investment deals! Working on a new one as I type this review.
