Hello to anyone interested in my opinion, lol! Seriously, I am a repeat customer because of the outstanding service I received. There are competitors to this location in product only, but outstanding service and understanding of the times in which we live and the innocent until proven guilty approach so to speak, is refreshing! The first time I did business with Jeff and I initiated the transaction and I completed it and Jeff was solid the whole way through. This was Covid related long story short. This time it’s just to take a little heat off as I begin a new job and they hold back the first paycheck and Avery was outstanding this time. Not only in professionalism but also in outstanding guest relations! She indicated Jeff was still part of the team but soon to retire so I wish him well! And again anyone wishing to have a five-star experience, Avery will take you where you need to go!

I was extremely impressed with the staff at this location. I was greeted at the door by everyone and approached within a minute of walking in to start my process. I worked directly with Ray who was really a gem. He made me feel so ant ease about my stressful situation . He made sure I had a full understanding of the paperwork and my payment plan. Ray really made a difference on how I view title loans. I would recommend this location 100% of the time.
