Colony Bank, Eastman, GA

I even donot want to give any star for Colony bank. This is very bad bad bank services. Office manger- Donya at Eastman location is very bad manager as well. The bank does not want to be responsible for any their fault. They dont care customer's requirement & needs. I do not want to suggest anyone to use this bank ..

I've had nothing but troubles. $4000 missing here, $376 missing there, now $300 and a locked account. Response has been very slow and stated letters were sent but no letters. The "good news" by the ban is "you got your money back, what's the problem?". Then the excuse is "error" but not "bank error". I'm talking to a "bank". How can it not be a bank error. Stay away from this place.
