I love everything about this bank, the customer service is amazing ( real people). My personal banker is like family.

Good and friendly people but the opening hours are to late and it makes me late for work every time i come here

This is an example of good people handcuffed by the policies of a poor company. Very friendly staff otherwise it gets one star. If you look at all the five star reviews they are very old and are from when it was still United First which was a much better company.

The ATM is out of order, every time I go by. You never know when your debit card will be declined. The service is horrible. It's impossible to talk to a human being on the phone. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. They bought my credit union out, and proceeded to destroy it.
