1st Franklin Financial, Forest Park, GA

Great service! Kametra was my loan officer and she did not disappoint at all. Once I did my application, she told me everything I needed to submit. She had me come in to sign my documents and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Spoke with Jamie because Lisa at fayetteville location was being very rude but both locations had poor customer service and lies to their clients. I was told something was on my credit report that wasn’t and then my call was avoided once i called to inquire about it instead of speaking to me like a woman, Jamie had other people speaking to me. I asked for a manager twice and was denied that right. Long story short they could not give me sn explanation and hung up on me. I think they are racist and rude stay away.

When I fell on hard times and I felt like there was no way out Miss Kim in the entire staff at Franklin financial in Forest Park made my life a little bit easier the professionalism is over the top such a wonderful staff.

Tabitha did a great job closing my loan quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend 1st Franklin Financial in Forest Park for personal loan needs.

Today I walked into Franklin Financial and was greeted right away. Bianca REALLY helped me out today, great customer service!
