Customer service is HORRIBLE. Barely speaks to you when you come in and doesn’t even look up. Doesn’t loan any decent amounts no matter your income. Go somewhere else

They only told me I was approved for $100 when I make way more money than that. They are stingy !

Initially I would have said they were great. Employees are nice but I’m super confused as to how I could get denied for a loan, after I borrowed TWO times prior, paid every payment on time in full. Super disappointing.

Ms. Weeks has excellent customer service skills. She is always professional and polite. She has always made my experience a very pleasant one.

Came to cash a check but the door was locked. No sign on the door informing customers that staff is on break or anything. The representative was literally just sitting and staring at people instead of taking the time out to let customers know anything. Needs to be fired or trained on customer service tactics and caring more about the image of the business. She's giving the business a bad rep.
