I have been with Atlanta title loans for a while. I must say they are wonderful. Ms. Erica is a very beautiful person inside and out. I can say they will work with you as long as you communicate with them. I am very thankful because there have been times where I found myself in a jam and Ms. Erica Have given me exstentions to come up with the money. My experience with them have been GREAT!!!!!! Atlanta title loans was a great experience for me. It was fast and easy, application was a Breeze. If u ever in need of a loan at that location ask for Erica she’s such a pleasant person to work with and explains everything you need to know for the process and it’s definitely a pleasure to talk to her.

I did a title pawn in December 2020. I paid it off in February 2021. Today (3/23/2021) I called and Ms. Kimberly said that they misplaced my title. I never received a call and remind you I paid my title off a month ago. The customer service is great, but the communication needs to get better.
