I've had no issues making payments even when late, they aren't harassing me. I am able to effectively communicate my arrangements. Today, I went in to make a payment, my first time doing so. The young lady is always short with me over the phone. I believe it's the same one I met today (bad lace front wig, gold plated necklace with '2001' inscribed, she's just not warm or welcoming at all. Things such as this will have customers desiring to take their business elsewhere.

I have been with them for years now!!! They are the Best Ms Angela is awesome when I say all you have to do is communicate and keep your word. Then you are good. I’m trying to understand the bad reviews it have to be on y’all end!!!! This Facility is #1!!!!!PERIOD!!!

Was waiting on the check to come in the mail but a bill's due. I was already stressed out and I didn't want to go there. But I went in with a positive attitude because I used them in the past. In the past the service was okay until it was time for me to pay off my balance and I was treated with disrespect. I feel on Hard Times again and This time around the staff was very short, and rude before I can even get the application started. The tone in their voice was very condescending, you need us we don't need you attitude and customer service was horrible. I even tried to lighten the mood bye advising one of the girls at the front to smile and that it was okay to smile. I was promised by the lady that runs the office that if I build a great rapport with her she will help me out with an increase if I shall need them in the future. She really made me regret coming in there in the first place. She lied. They will not work with you at all. And they treated me like I was wrong for even walking through their door. I will not recommend these people to anyone else. Try World Finance. The customer service was awesome, I was approved for more money and my payment plan was lower.

I wish I could leave 0 stars !!!!! District Supervisor Jessica Stallings is so unprofessional! She thinks she can talk to people anyway!!! DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM SUNSET FINANCE!! I repeat DO NOT!!

Absolutely the worst service I ever experienced. The manager denied the loan before I finished the application saying she "didn't think I deserved the loan" even with all the correct credentials. She false advertised everything her company offers. Even the staff had no idea why she was acting like that. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM HERE!!!!

11/3/23 I have been a customer for years and always had good customer service when Angela was there. The customer service experience this morning was the worst I ever had with a Company. I ask to.be placed on the Do Not Call list and wanted to speak with a Manager and was denied both. I will be filing a CFPB complaint and a BBB complaint against the company and going to sue for each call after I request them not to call me when im only 1 day late.

Mother and daughter was so kind, awesome, and informative. I was approved in less than 30 minutes and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. Yes, the rate is high, but they report to the credit bureaus. Looking forward to the extra boost to my credit score.
