I have had some bad experiences before with lenders. I did not have any great expectations when i went to Lendmark in Canton, GA. Upon arriving, Kris and Tina were extremely nice and helpful. They sat me down and went over every option i had and really informed me of everything to expect during the term of my loan. I opened an account and within a few weeks went back and paid it off. When i opened my first account, they had an issue with the printers being off line and had trouble printing me a check. They worked hard to try and get it reset, but was not able to. Kris personally drove out to an event we were attending the next day and hand delivered my check to me. That right there spoke highly with me. They were very surprised but very helpful. A few weeks later, i went back and opened another account and shortly after that, paid that one off. I am now on my third account with them and i can assure you, they will take care of every need you have. I would give them more than 5 stars if i could. Professional, courteous, helpful, insightful, and just great people to work with.

Kris Reece was our loan consultant. He was very professional and personable. He actually acted like he enjoyed working with us. It seemed to be more than just another "thing" to perform in his workday. All the workers in the office were friendly and conversational. We enjoyed interaction with all of them. I would recommend this business and location to any of my friends seeking financial help.

My husband and I took out a loan for a vehicle 5 years ago. At the time due to our credit this was the only company that would approve us. The processing of course was simple and easy for a young and naive couple to go through. The interest rate was ridiculous. Again, young and naive. We set out to pay out the loan faster than the set date to avoid paying anymore interest. I called a few months prior to our desired final pay off and reiterated that there was no early pay off penalties and advise of my name change. The person that answered advised they would update the info and no early pay off. Come this month when we are doing the last payment for our pay off- I call the branch to reiterate that again my name was changed and I need to ensure that my title comes with my married name. At THAT time the gentleman that assisted me advised that 1. final pay off could not be done with a debit card and I needed to provide the account and routing for my bank (nobody would have told me unless I called in questioning why I still had a $14 balance) 2. name changes had to have a of marriage license or updated license submitted. I sent the license over via email as requested and give the information. I call a few days later to ensure that the picture was received and that my file was updated to my married name for my title. Then I was told that it was "too late because my account was paid off- title changed would now have to be made in the county title office. We can submit the paperwork, but YOU will have to pay the fee." Had I been told months ago when I advised of the name change that I needed to provide this information, this would not have been an issue. Personally I will never do business with this finance company again due to their lack of communication with their clients and among themselves.

Kris Reece and the other loan officers and staff were amazing. They walked me through my loan process and explained everything in detail. The atmosphere was nice and they made me feel welcomed as a customer. I would recommend Lendmark and Kris to anyone seeking a personal loan, or to finance a vehicle.

I went to Lendmark in Kennesaw this week and I had the pleasure of working with Kris Reece. He was so professional. I have been there to borrow money 3 times and each time all the people working there treated me very nice. They are very much recommended.
