Hello, I really need to acknowledge Ms. Audrey. She is extremely amazing. Ms. Audrey is very polite, very eager to help me with the online account setup for my payments. Not once did she show that she was in a rush to help me. Ms. Audrey is very savvy with the sign ons and helping me with my issues. I can't thank Ms. Audrey enough for her expertise and the smiles when she talks. Ms Audrey is the greatest!!!

Very welcoming and polite. Jessica and Carmen are great women that are patient and respectful. I would refer them to anyone I know. If you go to Lawrenceville location ask for them and they will definitely help you.

Worse experience. I had a loan that ended up in garnishment. It was garnished once and I paid the rest of the balance in full on a Wednesday right after the garnishment. I got paid the next week on a friday and I still had my wages garnished. I call there and the first lady was helpful and nice but then I talked with their legal department and they said that they just sent the notification that I was paid in full and to stop the garnishment the day before I got paid which resulted in the garnishment. I called the office back and talked to a manager and she was way unprofessional, she was cutting me off while I was talking, and very combative when I only wanted to get understand what was going on. After about 4 days of back and forward I am still waiting on my refund. I don't recommend

Carmen was very professional and helpful in with there services…Very informative and knowledgeable about all the questions and details we ask. I would 100% recommend her to family and friends. Thank you for being so exceptionally helpful
