I was really impressed with the staff in the Lawrenceville office. They are courteous and willing to help when I need them. I am growing impatient however with their accounting dept. I called Nov.6 about a creditor who had not received a payment. I was told they would stop payment and hopefully mail a new check to me no later than Nov. 14. When I didn't hear anything, I called Nov. 17 and was told the accounting office has not been able to verify if payment was stopped. It is now Nov. 23 and my local office is stiiill waiting to learn if the payment on the check was stopped. Meanwhile, I am receiving calls from Wells Fargo. I know they are busy prepping for the holidays and the team in Lawrenceville is aaamaaazing, but how hard can it be for an accounting department to check the status of a check theeeey issued???? I had hoped to resolve this while I was on vacation this week, but with the holiday tomorrow it appears we will be waiting 3-4 weeks for a resolution....

Rude manners for customer service. Tried refinancing after a year of perfect payment history only to get laughed at and told my rates would go up. Do not waste your time here find another company that cares about customer support
