Did not get as far as some of you guys might have gotten, because I refuse to do business with such rude people! Seems to me like in the business that you guys are in, you would be more considerate of someone’s emotions. I personally know myself that if I am calling to inquire of a loan, I am in a bad place, and to be treated as tho i an an inconvenience is ridiculous and unacceptable. The part that really blew my mind is when I asked for a manager the lady on the other end stated that she was the manager! I then told her I would not need her services !

Great customer service and loan services with low monthly payments depending on your credit and income. But my loan service personally was real good. I would do business with them again in the future if I needed to borrow money for any reason. The only thing they need to add to their business is an online website where their customers can go onto to apply for a loan(s) with them and also where they can make their payments at. This would be more convenient for their customers without transportation like myself and for those without phone service.

Service was terrible. The assistant manager at the Security Finance on 1st Street was really snobby and acted like she didn’t want to help me. I wouldn’t recommend no one go to that one.

Their agents are extremely rude and not trained in proper phone etiquette and I am taking my business elsewhere you all should do the same.
